1.The “Stronger Forever” Giveaway (“Contest”) is organized by Salem Media Group, Inc. (“Salem”), XM170 (“Radio Station”), and FLTI, Inc. (“FamilyLife”) (Salem, Radio Station and FamilyLife collectively referred to as the, “Promoters”). The Contest is open to any legal resident of the United States twenty-one (21) years of age or older who enters by completing and submitting an official entry form at http://familytalktoday.com/ (“Website Entry”) from July 1, 2019 through August 30, 2019 at 11:59 pm PDT (“Contest Period”). Only one (1) Website Entry per person per day is permitted.Entrants may receive up to eight (8) additional one-time bonus entries for completing the following tasks during the Contest Period:
Entrants will receive two (2) bonus entries per completed task. In addition, entrants can earn ten (10) bonus entries for each eligible entry made by a friend that enters the Contest through a link shared by entrant. Bonus entries earned through friends are only earned on a friend’s initial entry and not subsequent entries or bonus entries. All entry information will be shared with FamilyLife®, and entrants may be contacted with promotional or marketing materials with the option to opt out. 2.A total of twenty-four (24) radio stations will be accepting entries for and participating in the Contest. Entries from all sources will be combined and a Grand Prize winner will then be selected from among such entries. The winner will be selected by random drawing on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 from among all eligible entries received. Entrants need not be present to win. The winner will be notified via phone and/or email within seventy-two (72) hours from the date of selection. The winner must complete a W9, an affidavit of eligibility and liability and, unless prohibited by law, a publicity release in order to receive the prize. If Radio Station does not receive the affidavit and release within ten (10) days of notification, the prize shall, at the sole discretion of Radio Station, be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Except where prohibited by law, by signing the affidavit and release, the winner grants permission to the use of his/her name, likeness, picture, portrait, hometown, service mark, voice, biographical/other information, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes for this and other promotions by Promoters without compensation. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. Promoters are not responsible for entries which Radio Station does not receive due to technological/online server error.

5.The Grand Prize winner is responsible for making his or her own travel arrangements for air and/or ground transportation to and from the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL). Due to scheduled cruise departure and embarking times, guests should plan to have flights arrive by 12:00pm on February 9, 2020 and depart at 1:00pm or later on February 16, 2020. Guests will be able to embark the Allure of the Seas at approximately 12:00pm on Sunday, February 9, 2020. Please allow for any travel delays. All guests will need to be on board the ship by 3:00pm. Lunch will be served as passengers begin boarding the ship. It is the responsibility of each guest to arrive and register on time. FamilyLife® is not responsible for delayed flights or arrivals to the Port Terminal; hotel accommodations; parking; any changes in flights, cancellations of flights, or rebooking of tickets; airline baggage fees; all costs related to applying for or renewing passports, spa and beauty salon on the ship, specialty restaurants, or specialty beverages (however, there are beverage packages available for purchase); any meals, events, or excursions while off the ship in port, meals not specifically detailed in the itinerary, items of a personal nature including, but not limited to, laundry, room service, meals in transit, phone calls, Internet, and all other unspecified expenses incurred while on the trip; or cruise travel insurance (available through the reservation office for an additional fee). The check portion of the Grand Prize will be mailed to winner within approximately sixty (60) days after all required proof and documentation is received. Proper travel documentation is required at embarkation and throughout the cruise and is the responsibility of the guest. Any guest traveling without proper documentation will not be allowed to board the vessel. U.S. citizens are encouraged to show a U.S. passport. If you do not have a passport, you should be prepared to provide a valid government-issued photo ID (i.e. Driver’s License) and proof of U.S. citizenship in the form of a government-issued (not hospital-issued) U.S. birth certificate. Guest names on travel documents must be identical to those on the cruise booking. Otherwise, proof of name change (i.e. a marriage license) AND a valid driver’s license or government-issued photo ID must be presented.
6.By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by all of these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of the President, Broadcast Media of Promoter ("Contest Judge"). All decisions regarding the Contest including, but not limited to, selecting the winner, will be made by the “Contest Judge”, whose decision shall be final. The Contest Judge may prohibit an entrant from participating in this Contest, in his/her sole discretion, if, in the opinion of the Contest Judge, the entrant fails to abide by these rules, or otherwise acts (i) in a non-professional or inappropriate manner, (ii) with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant or Radio Station, its parent company, its parent’s affiliated companies or its advertising and promotion agencies, or (iii) in any other disruptive manner. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and will be required to complete a W-9 taxpayer identification form. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Void where prohibited.
7.RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Promoters and Aptivada LLC, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Contest, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of a prize (including any travel or activity related thereto), including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors associated with the Contest, including lost, interrupted, or unavailable Internet Service Provider (ISP), network, server, wireless service provider, or other connections, availability, or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone, cellular tower or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures, or difficulties; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Contest; (c) mechanical, network, electronic, computer, human, printing, or typographical errors; (d) lost, late, incomplete, garbled, illegible, undelivered, stolen, damaged, delayed, postage due or misdirected mail, entries, application downloads; (e) any other errors or problems in the administration of the Contest, the announcement of a winner, the cancellation or postponement of the Love Like You Meant it Cruise, or any other event, the incorrect processing of entries, or any errors in any Contest-related materials; or (f) injury, death, losses or damages of any kind, to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrants participation in the Contest or acceptance, receipt or misuse of a prize (including any travel or activity related thereto). Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Contest, and in no event shall the entrant be entitled to receipt attorney’s fees. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrants rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Promoters in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Arkansas, without giving any effect to any choice of law of conflict of law rules which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Arkansas.
